Navigating the Web Site

Menu Buttons on the Top Menu:

• Home - Brings to the main page of the web site.

• About Us - Tells you a little about a few of the major contributors at Strictly Natural Inc.

• Contact Us - Lets you send email direct to us without the need of an email program.

• Library - Has a wealth of information including Nutrient Value Database, Glossary of Terms, Herbal and Homeopathic Remedies information as well as Vitamins and Minerals.

• Register - Provides a brief form to fill out for free membership registration that will allow you to access to a number of information sources on the site that only membership provides.

• Login - A typical login form to authenticate you as a member.

• Logoff - Logs you off your current session.

• Account - Provides a menu of options allowing you to review past orders, baskets and adjust your membership profile. Past orders and baskets can be used to reorder products ordered in the past and reprint old invoices.

• Basket - Lists the products contained in your shopping basket at the moment.

• Search - Key-in any word in the white oval area provided under the Search section heading in the menu on the left and press <Enter> to receive a short list of all available products containing your keyword.

Menu Buttons on the Left Menu:

• Visit our Store - Provides a list of all of products currently on at sale prices

• Ailments A to Z Index - Allows you to select a Letter to find ailments and the products most useful in treating this aliment

• Products A to Z Index - Also gives you the alphabet to select a letter for the list of products whose name begins with the letter selected.

• Brands A to Z Index - Works similar to the above indices where you select the first letter of the Brand Name that your most interested in.

• Recipes - Lets you browse our list of healthy food ideas.

Depts on the Left Menu

• Lets you select a category of interest e.g. "Pain and Therapy" to see all the products related to that category.

Brands on the Left Menu

Lets you select a specific Brand/Manufacturer e.g. "Obusforme" to see all the products available under that brand name.

Products on the Left Menu

Lets you select a specific Product type e.g. "Vitamin B-12" to see all the products available from all manufacturers that match the product type selected.

Aliments on the Left Menu

Lets you select a specific Ailment e.g. "Headache" to see all the products that can help with the aliment selected.

Review Product Details/Options

The Product Browse Grid

Which ever method you choose to locate a set of products these products are displayed in the product browse grid where you will receive a brief description of the product, thumbnail image, price and info/add buttons.

To obtain more information about any particular product simply press the info button and a detailed product description will be displayed along with any available choices/options to choose from e.g. other product sizes, flavors, etc. To select a product option just click on one of the options in the white list area and the page will update with the option selected. At the bottom of the page are a list of other related products with their prices, indicating sale items when available.

Your Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket is automatically displayed each time you click the add button. To remove the product from your basket simply click the button in the product row that you want to delete. To change the default quantity from one item key in the new quantity in the white box on the product row which you want to change and press . The screen will update with the new product quantity and re-calculate your total order.

To change the currency from Canadian dollars to United States dollars just click the convert link as indicated above or click your flag. Your currency preference will remain with your profile for your next session.

Checking Out

Once you have added all the products you need in your basket you can process your order by selecting the "Non-Member Checkout" or "Member Checkout" buttons on the basket page. If you have not registered yet you should select "Non-Member Checkout".

If you select "Member Checkout" then you'll be prompted with the login page to confirm your membership identity (even if you've already logged in).  On the login page enter your account name (normally your email address) and your password then select your payment method from the dropdown list.

Products may be purchased using a major credit card or by check/money order. For check/money orders we are sorry we cannot ship the product till your payment is received. For the fastest processing method we do encourage you use our secure payment processing.

After you have confirmed your identity or completed your new membership information you will be presented with your complete order. In order to initiate the order process click the "ORDER NOW" button. If you choose Credit Card payment you will be linked with our secure payment gateway to complete the order process.

The secure payment gateway requires you select a credit card type then enter your credit card number and expiry month/year. Clicking the "Buy It Now" button is the completion of the order process.
