Shipping Policy
Strictly Natural offers the following free shipping to all customers with:

• U.S. bound orders over $150.00 USD before tax (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
• Canadian bound orders over $150.00 CAD before tax (excluding designated rural areas)
  

Strictly natural endeavors to deliver all products to the customer's location in the time frame specified. In the event that a particular item is out of stock, Strictly Natural will make every effort to obtain that product and ship it that same day. However, Strictly Natural takes no responsibility for late delivery of product due to lack of product availability or interruption of the delivery process. As such delays are infrequent, Strictly Natural will attempt to contact the customer, via email or phone, to inform the customer of any unfortunate time delay.

Customers should generally expect orders to be delivered within a maximum of two weeks, most orders will arrive sooner.

* Please note that any oversized package exceeding normal weight or volume specifications may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Customers will receive notice of any shipping surcharge prior to the shipment of any order. In the case of surcharged international orders, customers must respond to Strictly Natural inquiries within a reasonable timeframe (approximately 24 hours). International orders may be shipped via surface in the event that the customer does not respond and provide surcharge/shipping instructions prior to the order being shipped.

Return Policy
Strictly Natural offers to all its customers a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all unopened products. In the event of such an occurrence, simply return the unused products to:

Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and reason when returning the product(s). In addition, to avoid any potential customs charges, be sure to write on the outside of the parcel with big bold letters : "RETURNING GOODS TO CANADA". Feel free to contact us to discuss any concerns that you may have.

Strictly Natural will deliver customers a check, or will credit their account, upon receiving the returned products.

Products that have been used may be accepted for store exchange under special circumstances. If you are considering returning an opened product please contact us first for further information.

Cancelled Orders and Restocking Fees
Please note that all orders cancelled after being placed will incur a $20.00 administrative fee. With the exception of some items, all returned products will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.
