Shipping Policy
Strictly Natural offers the following free shipping to all customers with:

- Canadian orders over $150.00 CAD (excluding designated rural areas)
- U.S. orders over $100.00 USD (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

Strictly natural will endeavor to deliver all products to the customer's location in the time frame specified. In the event that a particular item is out of stock, Strictly Natural will make every effort to obtain that product and ship it that same day. However, Strictly Natural takes no responsibility for product lateness due to lack of product availability or interruption of the delivery process. As such delays are presumed to be infrequent, Strictly Natural will endeavor to contact the customer, via email or phone, to inform the customer of any unfortunate time delay.

Return Policy
Strictly Natural offers to all its customers a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all unopened products. In the event of such an occurrence, simply return the unused products to:

Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and reason when returning the product(s). In addition, to avoid any potential customs charges, be sure to write on the outside of the parcel with big bold letters : "RETURNING GOODS TO CANADA". Feel free to contact us via email or phone to discuss any concerns that you may have.

Strictly Natural will deliver customers a check, or will credit their account, upon receiving the returned products.

Products that have been used may be accepted for store exchange under special circumstances. If you are considering returning an opened product please contact us via phone or email for further information.

Cancelled Orders and Restocking Fees
Please note that all orders cancelled after being placed will incur a $20.00 administrative fee. With the exception of some items, all returned products will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.

To ensure easy shopping and timely product delivery the customer is asked for shipping information, including email address and phone number, so that order status is quickly communicated to the customer. Should a customer wish to change membership information, you can change it here online or you may simply email us at help@strictlynatural.com or even call our customer service department at (905) 771-0095; Fax (905) 771-6560, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. Please note that while an account can be made inactive to ensure that strictlynatural.com does not contact a particular customer in the future, due to our quality control practices, we cannot delete member files.

- E-mail newsletters. We automatically provide our members with timely newsletters. This is an educational service available to all our member customers. If you would prefer that we do not send this or any other form of literature to you, simply inform us of your decision via email. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. In addition, you may cease subscription to any of the free personalized e-mail services you have chosen at any time, without any future correspondence or questions. - Purchases. When you order from strictlynatural.com, we ask for your name, address, and credit card number - all of which are necessary for purchase and delivery. To protect our members, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on strictlynatural.com's secure server. The information cannot be read in transit.

Parental Consent
Our privacy policy prohibits us from accepting members who are under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 are free to explore our site, but should they wish to become members or make a purchase, we require that they do so through a parent/guardian's account.
