The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on strictlynatural.com's secure server. The information cannot be read in transit. If you are ordering through one of our Kiosk locations rest assured you are not communicating over the internet. In this situation your order information is cached locally on our secure Kiosk for direct upload to Strictly Natural on a daily basis. Hence your confirmation email and order will be processed at the end of the current business day.

It is the policy of Strictly Natural that customer information will never, under any circumstances, be disclosed to anyone outside the company. We value the confidence that our customers place in us. Protection of their privacy is our cardinal rule and prime directive.

To ensure easy shopping and timely product delivery the customer is asked for shipping information, including email address and phone number, so that order status is quickly communicated to the customer. Should a customer wish to change membership information, he/she may simply email us at help@strictlynatural.com. Please note that while an account can be made inactive to ensure that strictlynatural.com does not contact a particular customer in the future, due to our quality control practices, we cannot delete member files.

If you would prefer that we do not send this or any other form of literature to you, simply inform us of your decision via email. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
